BOOKING, PAYMENT, SCHEDULING, RESCHEDULING, & CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING - all collection fees are due in full at time of booking. we can create custom collections for you if you do not see what you want, please call the office for assistance. any special or custom collections booked through the office require a $750 non refundable retainer, balance is due in full 2 weeks prior to the shoot and is payable by certified check or credit card only. Last minute bookings are welcomed please call the office to confirm availability.

PAYMENT - we happily accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMERICAN EXPRESS as well as checks. ALL appointment dates made via check payment are not considered final until the check has cleared - dates & times chosen will be held for 7 days. all payments must be made in full 2 weeks prior to the appointment. please note that once a booking is made and payment has been processed you are responsible for the transaction and agree to the amount along with the terms.

SCHEDULING - all appointment dates & times requested will be fulfilled to the best of our ability. should there be a scheduling conflict we will notify your asap. should you need a specific time & date or are looking for a last minute booking please contact our office to confirm availability.

RESCHEDULING - we are happy to reschedule your appointment. as soon as you know you must reschedule please call the office at 212-844-9632. should you reschedule with less than a 72 hour notice there will be a $250 rescheduling fee due to cost associated to your shoot, with a maximum of 2 rescheduling allowed per booking.

CANCELLATIONS - if you know you need to cancel your appointment please call the office asap so we can assist you with this and work out the very best possible scenario for you. there is a $500 cancellation fee on all bookings with a $750 cancellation fee on any custom collections/packages with cancellations made prior to 15 days before the appointment. cancellations made 8 to 14 days of the appointment date are subject to a 50% non refundable cancellation fee of the booking cost. any cancellations made the week of the appointment are non refundable. any bookings made within a week of the appointment date are non refundable. any client who does not cancel or reschedule within 48 hours prior to the appointment forfeits the right to reschedule and the entire balance will be non refundable with the session being considered final and fulfilled.

SHOULD AN EMERGENCY ARISE - if you find yourself in the impossibly situation where an emergency arises and you have an appointment please drop us an email as soon as you possibly can. we do understand that things happen that are sometimes out of your control and we will do our best to help you reschedule your appointment.
